Ok y'all I was SO skeptical about this but I just did my first open house with my Julia figure and I had 14 groups show up. FOURTEEN. My last open house had 3. The box was way heavier than I expected which honestly made me feel better about the quality. Blower is quieter than my hair dryer. 10/10 buying another one for my listing partner.
Took about 8 minutes from box to fully inflated. The face print is actually photorealistic — my own mother did a double take driving by. Packaging was legit, thick box with handles. The blower unit has a weighted base so it didn't tip even when we had 20mph gusts last Saturday. Already got 2 calls from other agents asking where I got it.
I've been in real estate 12 years and this is the first marketing thing I've bought that actually STOPPED traffic. Literally. Cars slowed down. A guy walked his dog past 3 times. I stood next to my inflatable (dressed matching of course) and we took photos together for my Instagram — my phone blew up. The detail on the dress is insane, you can read my phone number from the street. Sold the house in 5 days. I'm not saying it was the inflatable but... it was the inflatable.
My neighbor called the HOA on me thinking I put a giant blow up doll in my yard 😂😂😂 Once I explained it was for my listing he wanted one for his business. The unboxing was satisfying — everything was wrapped tight, no creases on the face print. Inflated in my garage first just to test and my golden retriever barked at it for 20 minutes straight. Worth every penny.
I was worried it would look cheap or cheesy. It doesn't. It looks EXPENSIVE. The fabric is thick, the stitching around the blower collar is reinforced, and the colors are vibrant even in direct sun. I got the matching sign too and together they look incredibly professional. My broker walked into the office Monday and said "I saw you on Main Street before I even saw the address." That's the point.
Real talk — the unboxing experience was impressive. Heavy duty box, the figure was folded with tissue paper protecting the face print, blower was in a separate compartment with the stakes and manual. Took me longer to read the instructions than to actually set it up. Maybe 6 minutes total? The way it slowly rises and the arm pops up when you turn the blower on is actually hilarious. I filmed it for my stories and got 40 DMs. This thing is a lead magnet.
Short version: I listed a house on a Tuesday, put the inflatable up Thursday for the open house, had 8 offers by Sunday. Over asking. My seller cried. The inflatable didn't hurt. The face looks exactly like me — same hair, same smile, same dress. I was shocked how accurate the print was. If you're on the fence, just get it. Your competition already has a boring sign. You need a 15-foot version of yourself waving at buyers.
Quality is ridiculous. I was expecting thin vinyl like a pool float. This is heavy duty ripstop nylon with a thick PVC backing. The photorealistic face is dye-sublimated INTO the fabric, not just stuck on top. You can see the detail in the eyebrows. The pink glove on the waving hand is a nice touch — pops from a distance. I ran it for 6 hours straight, blower stayed cool, no sagging. This is commercial grade.
I cried when I first saw it inflated. Not even kidding. I've been trying to build my personal brand for 3 years and this is the first thing that made me feel like a BIG deal agent. I pulled up to my listing, set it up in the driveway, and just stood there watching it wave at cars. A family actually pulled over to take a picture WITH it. My phone number is literally on my 15-foot clone. If that's not branding I don't know what is.
